Mr. Schreck is a well-rounded person who is both extremely bright and very committed to furthering the community. Very likable and easy to talk to, he has had a calling to be in law enforcement since he was a young child.

Rick Duncan comes across as a genuine, honest person, who believes in what he’s trying to do, and in helping the community become an even better place. I was really struck by his compassion for troubled teens, and his absolute belief that any person can change their circumstances for the better.
