New “Dentist’s Office on Wheels” Begins Service

Although still not convenient for the Chisago County Area, UCare is introducing its new, custom-built, and fully accessible Mobile Dental Clinic. The new clinic replaces the first vehicle, now retired after driving almost 100,000 miles to serve UCare members and community agencies.  From the press release:

The clinic is a fully equipped, 43-foot vehicle – a “dentist’s office on casino online wheels” – that brings quality dental care to UCare members in Minnesota who have limited access to dental services.

DIRECTIONS to the DAKOTA COUNTY NORTHERN SERVICE CENTER:

From Mpls/St. Paul Airport

I-494 eastbound to Robert Street exit.

Turn left on Robert Street northbound.

Turn left on Mendota Road westbound.

Proceed until you see the Northern Service Center.

From Downtown St. Paul/Mpls areas

I-94 to Hwy. 52 (Lafayette Freeway)

Proceed south on Hwy. 52 to Southview Road Exit.

Turn right on Southview Road westbound.

Proceed to Robert Street stop lights.
